We ensure that every product leaving our premises meets high-quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help with returns or replacements under the terms stated below.

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or returns may be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The product is defective or not as described.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, uncut, and in its original packaging.

Please note that cut-to-size materials, customized orders, or special finishes are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order details, photographs of the damaged or defective item, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.

If a refund is rejected (for example, due to misuse or damage after delivery), we will notify you with a clear explanation.


5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or modified
  • Custom-cut or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

6. Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. For custom or bulk orders, cancellations may incur a processing fee depending on production status.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photo or video proof of the damage.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

8. Shipping Costs

  • If a return is approved due to damage, defect, or our error — we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If a return is made for any other reason, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
